Umami sushi -A loanword from the Japanese (うま味), umami can be translated as "pleasant savory taste".

This was a fantastic restaurant before and it still is now. The staff is excellent and the sushi is the best in the area and can easily compete with the best in Louisville. I promise you will not be disappointed. The California Volcano roll is the best!
